Established in 1987, Industrial Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. is a manufacturer of rubber moulded and rubber-metal bonded components with specialization in the NVH (Noise, Vibration, Harshness) segment.
IRP’s superior product quality has been recognized by the Government of India, by being conferred upon as the winner of the National Award for Quality Products.
The company has achieved immense success under the leadership of its Managing Director, Mr. Mahendra Amrelia, along with a young and dynamic team.
History
In 1987, Mr. Mahendra Amrelia took over a small company in the outskirts of Mumbai and established Industrial Rubber Products Pvt. Ltd. The company kicked off its operations as an OE supplier to Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd for its flagship brand ‘Jeep’.
IRP is IATF -16949 certified and meets stringent quality norms set by its global clients. Its products enjoy superior quality in the automotive component industry, always delivering on customer requirements of right quality at the right cost at the right time.

Developed critical parts for Bolero (one of the highest selling models of M&M)i.e Engine Mounts, Body Mounts and other moulded parts for M&M.
Developed & supplied parts for Indian Railway & BEST.

Established new plant at Vasai (30 kms from Mumbai)
Achieved the milestone of development of 200 parts for various models of M&M for supply to its plants at Kandivali, Igatpuri, Nashik, Zaheerabad, Haridwar and Hyderabad

Mahendra Amrelia
Managing Director
Mahendra Amrelia has more than 30 years of unmatched technical andentrepreneurial experience in the rubber industry. A mechanical engineer by qualification, his key strengths lie in rubber compounding technology, rubber to metal bonding technology and new product development.His business acumen, excellent team management and motivation skills have fostered the company to the current levels.
Apart from promoting and nurturing the business, Mr. Amrelia also provides guidance and motivation to youngsters at seminars in various schools and colleges in Maharashtra and Gujarat states of India.
Kuldeep Amrelia
Executive Director
After attaining his degree in Production Engineering, Kuldeep Amrelia underwent trainings at various auto manufacturers and automotive component manufactures. He acquired German degree in Masters in Automotive Management. He has been leading New Product Development, Quality and Technology functions at IRP.
Priyanka Amrelia
Sales & Operations Head
Having an extensive experience in finance sector at a manager level, Priyanka brings along with her creative and innovative ways to manage the operations in the company. She is the chief economic officer and does it seamlessly.
